We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Email Marketing officer to join our team. As a Junior Email Marketing officer, you will play a key role in executing email marketing campaigns and strategies to engage our target audience, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to support various marketing initiatives.
· Create, edit, and proofread engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
· Segment and target email lists based on customer demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
· Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and provide regular reports.
· Assist in managing and growing the subscriber base through effective list management and opt-in strategies.
· Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, best practices, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and optimize campaign effectiveness.
· Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize email marketing strategies
Skill:
· BSCS/BSSE /BSIT/BBA /MBA or Related 16year degree
· 1+ year of experience in relevant field
· Good understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and industry standards.
· Proficiency in email marketing platforms and familiarity with email automation and segmentation.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and excellent grammar and spelling.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
