Are you a passionate and experienced professional in the hospitality industry? Do you have a knack for creating exceptional dining experiences? We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including the kitchen, preparation, and service area.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding financial targets.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, chefs, and support staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotional activities and special events.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food and beverage costs.
- Collaborate with the executive chef to develop menus, specials, and innovative dining experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing and/or permit requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating successful leadership and management skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, service, and sanitation standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and provide outstanding guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and other relevant computer applications.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
