Telemarketer’s job description
A Telemarketer's daily duties focus primarily on getting an appointment from inquiring customers. The duties and responsibilities of a Telemarketer are:
- It is delivering scripted talks that describe the company's products or services.
- Explaining the process flow of the scheduled appointment, functions, and benefits of products and services of the company.
- Answering customer information about products or services.
- Booking an appointment for the existing and new prospects.
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who want to be contacted in the future.
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales and setting an appointment.
- Maintaining records and activities of the customers.
- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.

§ Good phone ethics
§ Experience in BPO is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
