Telemarketer’s job description

A Telemarketer's daily duties focus primarily on getting an appointment from inquiring customers. The duties and responsibilities of a Telemarketer are:

  • It is delivering scripted talks that describe the company's products or services.
  • Explaining the process flow of the scheduled appointment, functions, and benefits of products and services of the company.
  • Answering customer information about products or services.
  • Booking an appointment for the existing and new prospects.
  • Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who want to be contacted in the future.
  • Following up on previous customers for potential sales and setting an appointment.
  • Maintaining records and activities of the customers.
  • Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.

§ Good Communication skills

§ Experience in customer service

§ Experience in telemarketing

§ Good phone ethics

§ Experience in BPO is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
