Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HACCP, ISO 22000 & FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System (FSMS)
Follow up annual certification audit of FSMS, Orgainc, Halal and NSF certifications on time
Support Hong Kong Gourmet QA team on quality assurance activities for lunch box production
Assist in setting up food safety controls and documentation procedures with regular updates
Coordinate internal audit & line inspection to evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive measures taken, and ensure the procedures are properly executed and evaluate the feasibility for enhancement
Perform regular GMP audit in factory and follow up the effectiveness of corrective actions taken and communicate with related parties for improvement
Perform risk analysis for equipment and facility change through risk management, risk assessment and risk communication
Organize and conduct in-house relevant training (food safety awareness, hygiene, HACCP, allergen training etc.)
Assist in implementing qualification process of Capex Project (4Qs validation – Design Qualification, Installation Qualification, Operations Qualification and Performance Qualification) and other quality improvement project
Assist in maintaining the product testing and calibration schedule
Support and perform ad hoc projects and other duties as required
Requirements:
University degree or above in Food Science, Food Safety, Food Technology, Quality Management or related discipline
Minimum 2 years working experience of quality management / quality assurance in food industry
Knowledge in Organic certification and HALAL certification is advantageous
Experience in conducting supplier audit and internal audit of GMP and FSMS, with internal / lead auditor training certificate is advantageous
Well-organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and time management skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power point, Chinese Word Processing and video-editing tool
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quality Assurance Officer
