We are looking for a
Personal Assistant to Managing Director and Internal Communication Specialist.
YOUR TASKS:
- Support the daily work of Managing Director DHL Express
- Organization of meetings, preparing meeting minutes
- Making regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations
- Organize and manage company events
- Administrative tasks, business correspondence for Managing Director and senior management team
- Ensuring professional and smooth running of office
- Organization of business trips
- Host external and internal guests
- Translations
YOUR PROFILE:
- University / College degree
- At least 2 years experience in similar role
- High level of communication in English (oral and written)
- Hungarian language is a must
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook)
- Strong time management, communication and presentation skills
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks parallel, ability to drive projects
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Firm, stress tolerant, precise personality
