Working Student (m/f/d) - Data Analyst
We are currently expanding our Business Excellence team in Berlin. By using our expertise in project management, process management, customer experience & data analysis, we enable the business department to achieve superior performance resulting in better customer experience and financial impact. We work impact-driven in an agile setup and continuously adapt to home24 strategic priorities. In this position, you will support the team by performing research and data analysis to identify and quantify improvement topics.
Your responsibilities- Support, build and optimize the reporting landscape for different departments, such as Commercial, Operations, Customer Service, etc.
- Execute statistical data analysis
- Generate insights by merging data & analysis from different sources
- Creation of data visualization & dashboards in Tableau in cooperation with other departments (Operations, Customer Service, Commercial, Data)
- Active participation in the creation and maintenance of a Data Driven and Customer-Centric Organization
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) of (Business) Computer Science, (Business) Mathematics, Business Administration or a related studies
- You have great analytical skills and ideally already have gained experience in the e-commerce business
- You have an independent, clearly organized and reliable way of working
- You have a Hands-on mentality
- You are comfortable using MS Excel/ Excel Power Query, SQL- and Tableau-skills are a plus
- You already gained experience working with BI-solution & data visualization techniques, ideally in the field of e-commerce
- You have very good English skills, German is a plus
