Key Responsibilities:
Handle general customer enquiries and incoming calls
Delivery orders follow up, prepare picking list and delivery note
Handle export and import shipments
Document record filing
Communicate with customers
Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer’s enquiries
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Have 2 years' experience or above in Customer Services will be preferred
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Independent, self-motivated and proactive
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic PC literacy in Microsoft Applications
