We are currently looking for a Chief Client Success Officer. In this position, you will be responsible for our existing clients and the best execution of our live Solutions. This is a key function with the aim at securing long term recurring revenues with existing clients, as well as generating new opportunities thanks to an outstanding client experience delivery.
Your role
- Senior Coverage of existing clients
- Management of the Maintenance and Services team
- Responsible for the team in charge of a Porfolio Systems application, an Open Analytics cloud risk Engine.
- P&L responsibility for the Business Area.
- Generate new recurring revenues by upgrading the services provided to clients. This can be via the sales of additional modules, change requests or the development of new products.
- Ensure great client experience is at the core of all the firm’s developments.
- Organise End users training and conferences, animate the Clients network to ensure Brand awareness.
- Recruit developers and and Project Managers to ensure best clients needs execution
- Close collaboration with our delivery and technology teams, focusing on innovation and production of new products and upgrades
You bring
- Previous experience of a Senior Coverage function within a Technology firm
- Experience with financial markets and live data systems
- Leadership with planning, development and organization skills
- Strong knowledge of deployment, testing and continuous integration tools
- Ability to collaborate with software Development teams and translate business needs into application requirements
